1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between b1777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any person ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the services provided at b1777.club. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not use b1777 services.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each user is permitted to hold one account on b1777. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure without refund.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with any third party.
• b1777 will never ask for your password via SMS, email, phone call, or any messaging application. Any such request is a phishing attempt and should be reported immediately.
• You must notify b1777 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation. b1777 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• The registration mobile number must be valid and accessible by you. It is used for account verification, password recovery, and withdrawal confirmations.

b1777 reserves the right to verify user identity at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in account suspension until verification is complete. Any funds held in an unverified account will be held pending verification and will not be released until the account holder's identity is confirmed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

b1777 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are yours and are not derived from any unlawful activity.

• Abusing the Platform's customer support by submitting false claims or disputes.

8. Responsible Gaming

b1777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools to help users maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Cool-off period: Users may request a temporary break from the Platform ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cool-off period, the account remains open but betting and deposits are suspended.
• Self-exclusion: Users may permanently self-exclude from b1777 at any time by contacting support. Once a self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.
• Reality checks: Session time reminders are available to help users keep track of the time spent on the Platform. Users may configure reminder intervals within their account settings.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

b1777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where: the user has breached any provision of these Terms; the user is found to have provided false registration information; the user's account shows patterns consistent with fraud, money laundering, or collusion; or the user has placed bets in a manner designed to exploit a technical error or pricing mistake.

Users may close their own account at any time by contacting b1777 support. Upon account closure requested by the user, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the user's registered mobile wallet within 5 business days, subject to identity verification.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on b1777, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of b1777 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform's content without express written permission from b1777. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b1777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — even if b1777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

b1777 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and third-party infrastructure failures are outside b1777's direct control. b1777 will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance windows in advance.

12. Amendments to These Terms

b1777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
